YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution
  • You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services
  • You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections
  • You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators
  • You provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience and Education You have at least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred. ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Technical and Organizational Skills You have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components, along with excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure
  • Leadership and Decision-Making You possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions
  • Technology and Travel Requirements You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, can travel up to 20% (including air travel), and work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts
  • Work Authorization and Age Requirement You are at least 21 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to work 40 hours per week
