Position: Repair Plan Estimator

Hours: 6:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday


Job Description



Key Responsibilities:


    • Supervise the disassembly of vehicles to identify all necessary repairs.

    • Create detailed repair plans by researching and documenting OEM repair procedures.

    • Review Pre-Scans and ensure all necessary inspections have been completed prior to initiating repairs.

    • Collaborate closely with the front office to ensure customers are promptly informed of any repair changes or updates.

    • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of repair plans and procedures.

    • Ensure all processes adhere to industry standards, OEM guidelines, and company policies.


Qualifications:


    • Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and repair processes.

    • Proficiency with estimating and repair management software, including CCCOne and others.

    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, insurance representatives, and customers.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Preferred Experience:


    • 2+ years of experience in creating repair plans or vehicle repair planning in the collision repair industry.

    • ASE or I-CAR certification(s) is a plus.
