To thrive as a Repair Manager, you need strong technical knowledge of repair processes, problem-solving abilities, and experience in maintenance management, often supported by a relevant degree or vocational training. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), inventory management software, and safety certifications is typically required.
