This position will primarily be performed remotely, leveraging technology to provide high-quality mental health therapy to our clients. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will engage in regular virtual meetings and training sessions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health evaluations to determine the needs of each patient, utilizing established diagnostic tools including the DSM-5 to create personalized treatment plans.
• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic strategies tailored to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, progress notes, and clinical information, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to devise a treatment strategy that encompasses the individual’s needs, desired outcomes, and encourages active participation in their care journey.
• Coordinate referrals when necessary, acting as a liaison between patients and other treatment providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Engage in peer supervision, mentorship, and provide guidance to interns and new staff members while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Stay updated with best practices in mental health care and actively participate in ongoing education opportunities to enhance your skill set.

You will primarily serve a diverse population of youth and their families facing varying challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex trauma-related issues. Our clinic emphasizes cultural competency and individualized care, ensuring each patient feels understood and supported on their journey to improved mental health.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program and a current LCSW license from the State of California.
• Proven track record of providing quality mental health care, with a commitment to ethical practice and cultural sensitivity.
• Solid understanding of human development and the ability to assess and adapt care methods to suit the unique needs of individuals across various ages.

• Demonstrable clinical experience, preferably between six months to one year, within a healthcare or mental health environment.
• Familiarity with various treatment modalities and mental health interventions, particularly those applied within an outpatient setting.
• Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care effectiveness.
