• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to understand each client’s mental health challenges and strengths.
• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and measurable outcomes, adjusting as necessary to meet client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower clients with knowledge and resources.

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and their families who are experiencing mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and advocating for accessible mental health resources. Your work will directly contribute to our clients' overall wellbeing and development, equipping them with the skills and strategies to manage their mental health.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing direct clinical services.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches and the ability to apply them effectively in various clinical scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills with a proven ability to empathize with clients and build trusting relationships.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and holistic treatment modalities.
• Skill in leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
