Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes, intake assessments, and updates to treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, using evidence-based practices tailored to each clientโ€™s circumstances.
  • Engage in ongoing supervision and collaborate actively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
  • Promote a continual growth mindset, remaining open to feedback and pursuing professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on the youth population, addressing their unique mental health needs and concerns. Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
