This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or designated workspace. • Supervise and deliver proficient clinical care to a caseload of patients, ensuring each individual receives tailored services that address their unique psychological needs.
• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, performing assessments to gauge patient needs and progress, while maintaining thorough treatment logs.
• Utilize advanced assessment skills to determine the necessity for psychological interventions, working collaboratively with patients and their families to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Employ clinical expertise to counsel clients and their families, adeptly navigating crisis situations and delivering appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate personalized counseling services such as individual, conjoint, or family therapy, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each client. Make referrals to specialized professionals when comprehensive assistance is required.
• Analyze patient and provider needs to develop actionable plans for psychological services within the primary care unit and conduct follow-up evaluations to monitor evolving needs and progress.
• Conduct mental health evaluations as part of the overall care structure and maintain detailed records of treatment strategies, progress summaries, and revisions as necessary.
• Offer educational and supportive resources to patients and their families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and available support systems.

• Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• Experience working with a variety of psychological disorders and treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and retain clients in a remote or virtual setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Crestwood Care Consultants offers a competitive compensation package designed to recognize your expertise and dedication:

• Receive up to a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
• Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your work schedule with options ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
• Full-time therapists can expect to earn between $90,000 and $135,000 annually.
• In addition to your salary, you may be eligible for up to $2,000 in bonuses, depending on your state licensure.
