Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and deliver proficient clinical care to a caseload of patients, ensuring each individual receives tailored services that address their unique psychological needs.
  • Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, performing assessments to gauge patient needs and progress, while maintaining thorough treatment logs.
  • Utilize advanced assessment skills to determine the necessity for psychological interventions, working collaboratively with patients and their families to create and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Employ clinical expertise to counsel clients and their families, adeptly navigating crisis situations and delivering appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Facilitate personalized counseling services such as individual, conjoint, or family therapy, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each client. Make referrals to specialized professionals when comprehensive assistance is required.
