This role is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own home while engaging with clients through modern digital platforms. • Utilize automatic symptom self-assessments and goal tracking measures to personalize treatment plans and assess progress effectively.
• Document clinical interactions promptly in our secure therapist portal, which features streamlined tools for maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate closely with the Therapy Leadership Team to seek guidance and support when necessary, ensuring optimal therapeutic approaches.
• Perform mental health evaluations and formulate diagnoses as per the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V) standards.
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that adhere to established guidelines while focusing on individualized client needs.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic models—including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques—tailored to the client's specific concerns.
• Engage in consistent collaboration with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to enhance the overall treatment approach and improve client outcomes.
• Conduct weekly synchronous video therapy sessions offering evidence-based interventions to adults experiencing a spectrum of emotional disorders.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your commitment to providing culturally responsive care will help foster a supportive and healing environment for individuals from all backgrounds, ensuring they feel accepted and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited educational institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Must hold an independent license to practice in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and willingness to treat diverse populations with cultural competence.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology within clinical practice, including digital documentation and telehealth platforms.

• Experience working with adults in various mental health settings is highly preferred.
• Additional licensure in multiple states is a significant asset to facilitate broader service delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and a persistent quest for professional development.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
