• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trust and effectively communicating while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, facilitating discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all client interactions.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and create customized care strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the specific therapeutic goals of each client.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance your skills and professional development continuously.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers within our network to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

You will primarily work with individuals and families seeking mental health support, addressing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. By tailoring your therapeutic approach, you will contribute to improved client outcomes, enhancing overall community health and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and electronic health record software (e.g., PIMSY).
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services and comfortable conducting intake assessments.

• Experience in a similar outpatient practice.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Familiarity with working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 80,000 and 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
