• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients through video consultations that foster a supportive environment.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are aligned with clients' specific challenges and aspirations.

• Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, promoting deeper self-awareness.

• Continuously assess client progress throughout the treatment journey, adapting strategies and interventions as necessary while assisting them in building healthy coping mechanisms.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and client management.

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a remote or telehealth setting.
