Our organization is designed to mitigate restrictions typically present in traditional settings, empowering specialists like you to thrive and connect with clients in a supportive, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients; building rapport and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships while ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are upheld.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, thus facilitating ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic is broad, including children, adolescents, adults, and families encountering various mental health challenges. You will play a vital role in delivering direct psychotherapy and creating supportive environments that empower clients to navigate their personal journeys towards mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, minimizing financial uncertainty for clinicians.
