Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to create a safe therapeutic space.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to assess their mental health status, discuss treatment advances, and plan for subsequent appointments or discharge where appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and challenges.
  • Document client progress meticulously by maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic records using various software applications.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate initial strategies for treatment.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting approaches as necessary to meet individual client needs.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions to receive feedback and ensure adherence to best practices within the therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
