Zinier

Boston, MA โ€ข On-site, Remote

Full-time

Posted 11 days ago

Job description

Who we are
80% of the workers across the globe are Deskless. These are the people who keep our lights on and gas flowing, build roads and bridges, run our manufacturing factories, ensure that we get healthcare service, and provide us with reliable phone and internet connectivity. As entrepreneurs, have we considered solving their problems and making them more productive?
Zinier is a company on a mission to empower frontline workers - and the people supporting them - to achieve greater things for themselves and the world around them. With the majority of workers worldwide being deskless, Zinier recognizes the need for Technology Equity to improve the lives and productivity of these workers who keep the world up and running.
We are a remote-first, global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, with a hybrid workforce across the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Singapore, and Bangalore, India, with leading investors that include Accel, ICONIQ Capital, Founders Fund, Newfund Capital, NGP Capital, Tiger Global Management, and Qualcomm Ventures LLC.
What we are looking for
Are you an experienced enterprise sales leader who knows how to build high-performing teams, create a disciplined sales organization, and win complex, multi-million-dollar deals?
We're looking for a Head of Sales, North America to own and scale Zinier's sales organization across the region. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering North American revenue targets, developing our sales team, strengthening our go-to-market execution, and helping Zinier win strategic enterprise customers.
You'll lead from the front: setting a high bar for pipeline generation, deal strategy, forecasting, and execution while actively engaging in our most important opportunities. You'll work closely with executive leadership and teams across Growth, Solutions, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product to turn market opportunity into predictable revenue growth.
The right person combines strong enterprise sales leadership with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You know how to coach great sellers, create accountability, navigate complex enterprise buying organizations, and step directly into a deal when your team needs you.
Where you are located
Anywhere in the US; able to collaborate with customers and teams in other countries or continents as needed, either remotely or in-person
What the Role Offers
  • Own the North America sales strategy and revenue target, driving net-new enterprise business and strategic account growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the North America sales team, establishing clear expectations and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Build a disciplined sales operating cadence across pipeline generation, opportunity management, forecasting, deal reviews, and performance management.
  • Partner directly with sellers on strategic opportunities, including executive engagement, deal strategy, business case development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute regional and vertical strategies that expand Zinier's presence within target enterprise markets.
  • Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and position Zinier as a strategic partner in their transformation initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Growth, Solutions, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product to strengthen pipeline, improve win rates, and deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Provide accurate, data-driven forecasting and pipeline visibility to executive leadership.
  • Recruit and develop exceptional sales talent as the North America business grows.
  • Bring market, customer, and competitive insights back into the organization to continuously strengthen our product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help shape Zinier's broader sales organization, playbooks, processes, and culture as we scale.

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including significant experience leading and developing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven success owning and delivering multi-million-dollar regional or team revenue targets in enterprise SaaS.
  • A track record of building high-performing sales teams and creating consistent execution across pipeline, forecasting, and closing.
  • Experience personally navigating and helping teams close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with C-suite customers as well as internal executive leadership.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, business case development, procurement, negotiation, and complex buying processes.
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with the ability to identify where to focus resources and how to move strategic opportunities forward.
  • Experience in Field Service Management, Workforce Management, Asset Management, enterprise operations, or adjacent industries is a strong plus.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving growth-stage environment.
  • A player-coach mentality: equally comfortable setting strategy, coaching the team, and getting directly involved when needed to win.
  • Core values of honesty, humility, hunger, and hustle.
