Overview

Apogee has exciting opportunities for Senior Configuration/Data Managers supporting AFLCMC directorates. These senior-level positions provide expert configuration and data management support for complex acquisition programs.ย 

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB, Ohio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead configuration management activities for major programsย 
  • Provideย expert guidance on complex CM/DM issuesย 
  • Chair or co-chair CCBsย 
  • Lead FCA/PCA planning and executionย 
  • Mentor junior CM/DM personnelย 
  • Develop CM/DM plans and strategiesย 
  • Provide expert analysis of configuration impactsย 
  • Lead resolution of complex configuration issuesย 
  • Develop and implement CM/DM processesย 
  • Provideย strategic guidance on data managementย 
  • Lead coordination with contractors on CM/DM mattersย 
  • Develop training materials for CM/DM processesย 
  • Review and approve complex configuration changesย 
Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizenย Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearanceEducation:High School diploma or GEDย 

Years of Experience: 10 years of CM/DM experience, 5 years in DoD

  • Expert knowledge of configuration management processesย 
  • Extensive experience with CCB managementย 
  • Knowledge of EIA-649 or equivalent CM standardsย 
  • Experience with complex acquisition programsย 
  • Advancedย proficiencyย in CM tools and databasesย 
  • Strong leadership and communication skillsย 
  • Ability to mentor and train othersย
