Role Description & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Ecosystem Manager to lead and grow relationships with software, technology, and content partners across the SOLIDWORKS and broader Dassault Systemes ecosystem. This role combines business development, partner management, technology strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to help shape the future of our partner program and our solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable engaging with executives, software developers, legal teams, product management, and go-to-market stakeholders.
Partnership Strategy & Development:
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities aligned with SOLIDWORKS strategy and customer needs
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of prospective and existing partners
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies, trends, and ecosystem opportunities
  • Define partnership priorities, engagement plans, and long-term collaboration strategies

Partner Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with software vendors, technology providers, and strategic partners
  • Manage the partner lifecycle from initial engagement through onboarding, growth, and ongoing success
  • Coordinate regular meetings, webinars, workshops, and community engagement activities with partners
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact between partners and internal stakeholders Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Management, R&D, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Help define partnership scopes, technical integrations, commercial models, and joint initiatives Support contract discussions, memorandums of understanding (MoUs), royalty frameworks, and partnership agreements
  • Contribute to the evolution of partnership programs, governance, and operational processes

Industry & Market Engagement:
  • Represent SOLIDWORKS at industry events, partner meetings, webinars, and conferences
  • Collaborate on joint marketing and go-to-market initiatives with partners
  • Contribute insights related to industry trends, AI, cloud technologies, and digital transformation

Program & Operational Management Support:
  • Evolve the SOLIDWORKS Solution Partner Program and related ecosystem initiatives
  • Monitor partnership performance, revenue opportunities, adoption, and customer impact
  • Track KPIs and maintain accurate partner documentation, reporting, and internal systems
  • Help improve tools, workflows, and best practices related to ecosystem management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software industry partnerships, business development, ecosystem management, product strategy, or related roles
  • Experience working with B2B software companies, SaaS platforms, CAD/engineering software, or technology ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of software partnerships, APIs, integrations, licensing, and commercial agreements
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving technical, legal, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a global environment
  • Familiarity with developer programs, software marketplaces, or partner networks
  • Understanding of AI, Generative AI, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies Knowledge of indirect channel or reseller ecosystems
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural business environment Familiarity with enterprise software processes, contracts, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with CAD, PLM, simulation, manufacturing, cloud, or engineering software ecosystems preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $110000 and $134000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
