Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to gain insights into their mental health needs and barriers.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, employing a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth channels, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
  • Regularly set and assess therapeutic goals with clients while monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical guidelines and industry standards.

Compensation and Benefits
