• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to gain insights into their mental health needs and barriers.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, employing a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth channels, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Regularly set and assess therapeutic goals with clients while monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical guidelines and industry standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and team meetings to enhance service delivery and stay informed of best practices in mental health care.

Our therapy services cater to a diverse client base facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A valid state license in Mental Health Counseling (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate, empathetic approach to care.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle caseloads effectively.

• Experience working with a diverse population and an understanding of culturally sensitive practices.
• Previous teletherapy experience is a plus, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A background in integrating evidence-based treatments into practice to achieve optimal client outcomes.
