Job Description

Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking skilled Volunteer Recruiters as part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 3-4 driven individuals to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation.

As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will:

Lead volunteer recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for project-based roles.

Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration.

Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.

This is an opportunity to apply your HR and recruitment expertise in a mission-driven environment while gaining valuable nonprofit experience.

Qualifications

Required:

Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles
