Team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions will be conducted through secure digital platforms, ensuring you remain connected with your colleagues and the clinic's objectives. As part of our remote workforce, you will have access to the latest electronic health record (EHR) systems, allowing for efficient documentation and treatment planning.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through initial interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use challenges.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, providing ongoing feedback and support to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, offering referrals to psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources when needed.
• Document all client interactions and treatment processes accurately in compliance with Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and organizational policies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Allied Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents and adults. Your clients may face various challenges relating to mental health disorders, addiction issues, trauma, and life transitions. By utilizing culturally responsive practices, your therapeutic approach will aim to create a safe and nurturing environment for all clients.

• Master's or doctoral degree in an accredited program for Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar credential recognized in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate relationship-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy using inclusive therapeutic methods.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies and the ability to de-escalate high-stress situations effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
