Job description

Project Manager (PM): The PM will oversee the entire Service Order Desk Support(SOD) operation, be responsible for compliance with the contract's terms and conditions, and for the conduct and performance of the Contractor's employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
Please note that we are currently bidding on this contract at Ft. Carson, CO. Any offers will be contingent on contract award.
The PM shall possess:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Business Management
  • A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated work experience, or no less than ten years verifiable work experience in Facilities Maintenance, Public Works Operations and Maintenance, Work Classification, execution of a broad variety of customer concerns and problem resolution, and Installation Support contracts similar in scope and complexity of this work effort.
  • Working knowledge of the functionality of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (i.e. GFEBS) in the modules of Finance, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, and Materials Management.
  • Not a requirement but ideally local to Fort Carson
