• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish a clear picture of their mental health status, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express their feelings and experiences.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.
• Engage with a diverse team of professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, trauma-related disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, requiring a counselor who is adaptable and sensitive to the unique cultural needs of each individual.

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is required, with demonstrable skills in direct client engagement.

• Specialization or notable experience in fields such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling methodologies is advantageous in delivering high-quality remote care.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our counselors benefit from:
