Job description

We are looking for Freelance Consultant Trainers to support a global training project for luxury automotive brand.

Your Role
In this role, you will deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions to client-facing teams across key markets. You will play an important part in ensuring consistent and impactful training delivery, aligned with CXG standards and client expectations.
This is a freelance opportunity, with the objective of building a strong pool of trainers for ongoing collaboration.
Location & Languages
We are currently prioritising trainers in the following markets:
  • Europe: Dutch-speaking and Polish-speaking trainers
  • Korea: Korean-speaking trainers
  • Americas: Brazilian Portuguese-speaking trainers
  • Japan: Japanese-speaking trainers

What You Will Be Doing
  • Deliver in-person and/or remote training sessions for client teams
  • Facilitate interactive workshops with a strong focus on engagement and participation
  • Adapt training delivery to local market context while maintaining global standards
  • Collaborate with CXG teams on training preparation and alignment
  • Support Train-the-Trainer sessions when required
  • Contribute to content localisation and continuous improvement of training materials
  • Engage confidently with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.

Requirements
What You Will Bring Along
  • Proven experience in training delivery and workshop facilitation
  • Strong background in the automotive industry (premium/luxury preferred)
  • Ability to deliver interactive training formats beyond traditional presentations
  • Confidence in managing group dynamics and engaging diverse audiences
  • Experience working with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in the local language of your market
  • Good level of English for coordination with global teams
  • Freelance availability and flexibility for project-based assignment
