Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Coverage Attorney with 4+ years of third-party insurance coverage experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to client service, a proactive mindset, and a desire to contribute to a modern firm with a clear path toward partnership. We value worklife balance and offer an environment designed to support long-term professional success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work
  • Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work (will be a few cases)
  • Possess superior analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills
  • Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
  • Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
  • Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
  • Maintain an average of 160 hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management

Experience & Requirements

  • 4+ years of third-party coverage insurance defense
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas, Oklahoma or Arizona
