This includes enabling and setting up system configurations, evaluating integrations, supporting system upgrades, optimizing existing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and producing system configuration documentation.
Minimum Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Three (3) years or more experience working as an application administrator to maintain configurations, understand integrations, configure new features, review system upgrade information, and optimize system configurations.
- Three (3) years or more experience providing customer service to troubleshoot issues and assist with system configuration changes.
- Six (6) months or more experience working as a business analyst, financial analyst, data analyst, or in a comparable role within a business unit utilizing an ERP or third-party application.
- Equivalent combination of experience/education may be considered.
Five to seven years of experience working as an application administrator to maintain configurations, understand integrations, configure new features, review system upgrade information, and optimize system configurations
Five to seven years in customer service to troubleshoot issues and assist with system configuration changes
One year to three years of experience working as a business analyst, financial analyst, data analyst, or in a comparable role within a business unit
