With a presence in multiple states and a trusted model that consistently delivers results, the firm is expanding to meet continued demand—and is now hiring a remote Associate Attorney based in New Mexico.

Position: Associate Attorney
Location: Remote (Must reside in New Mexico)
Bar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the NM Bar
Experience: 1–5 years of litigation or negotiation experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage client matters from intake through resolution

· Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel

What You Won't Do:

· No billable hour requirements
