Work Environment

The Remote Teletherapy Specialist role operates in a fully remote setting. Utilizing telehealth technology, our therapists engage with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, allowing for a comfortable and convenient therapy experience. You will have the autonomy to select your working hours within a Monday to Friday schedule, providing an ideal work-life balance and ensuring that you can cater to the needs of your clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Teletherapy Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting clients on their journey to improved mental health. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and status.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Providing individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing various methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Engaging clients in crisis intervention as required, demonstrating your ability to address urgent issues effectively.
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Participating in ongoing professional development to remain current with mental health best practices and industry standards, attending workshops, and obtaining additional certifications when possible.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, promoting a therapeutic atmosphere of trust and engagement.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, allowing for effective handling of multiple client cases and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience providing teletherapy or working in a virtual counseling setting.
• Strong collaborative skills and a history of working effectively within a team of mental health professionals.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities beyond traditional counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
