• Conduct comprehensive psych assessments to identify client needs and emotional struggles.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Provide consistent teletherapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all client interactions to uphold professional and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to collaboratively enhance client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training in new methodologies and theories in mental health.

• A current and valid state license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven organizational and time management skills to manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and their application in clinical settings.
• Background working with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

Resilient Recovery Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
