Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services across two welcoming elementary buildings. This role offers a balanced schedule, with Mondays and Wednesdays at one location and Tuesdays and Thursdays at the other, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Serve a caring student population of approximately 50-60 elementary students, supporting their communication development from the beginning of October through January.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current SLP license in Ohio
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience in school-based and/or teletherapy settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to supporting elementary-age students’ growth

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in both buildings, following IEPs and school guidelines
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed records
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both in person and virtually, as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions for maximum impact
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
