Northridge Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time remote teletherapy position. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families. This role is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and a work-life balance that facilitates optimal therapist-client interactions. Operating within a 100% telehealth model, you will leverage various digital platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients across diverse backgrounds while maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions to clients navigating crises, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with first responders and other professionals during onsite crisis situations, coordinating necessary interventions and, when appropriate, transportation to higher levels of care.
• Lead dispatched mobile teams, offering clinical guidance to staff during interventions and ensuring that protocols align with best practice standards.
• Perform thorough client assessments that gather patient histories and outline immediate and long-term therapeutic needs, creating actionable treatment recommendations.
• Facilitate referrals for additional supportive services such as case management and aftercare, ensuring clients access the resources required for comprehensive care.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of community resources and initiatives to enhance client support through proper referrals.

Your client base will vary widely, encompassing individuals dealing with complex mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You will work closely with adolescents and adults alike, employing a trauma-informed approach that respects the dignity and unique experiences of each individual.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably with a focus on adult and adolescent mental health.
• Demonstrated exceptional clinical judgment, with the capacity to make informed decisions that significantly impact client outcomes.
• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, co-occurring conditions, and effective treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in navigating fast-paced environments while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

• Experience with crisis intervention strategies and familiarity with telehealth service delivery models.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or resource-building initiatives to support mental health services.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
