Job description

Overview Washington DC Mental Health Therapist - Adult Teletherapy. This role is remote and involves providing therapy to working adults via telehealth platforms. Base pay range $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr Description New Leaf Teletherapy (NLT) provides companies and their employees convenient access to high-quality therapists with best-in-class customer service.

Our mission is to make mental health the strength of our customers by providing their employees with the skills necessary to bring their 'best-self' to work EVERY day. New Leaf Teletherapy is seeking to hire a remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The counselor must possess an active clinical license and will be classified as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities Conduct remote mental health therapy to working adults. All direct therapy will be delivered via a virtual platform; be comfortable with teleconferencing applications (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx). Provide therapy to adults presenting with symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and stress.

Document client goals, treatment progress, and assessments for reporting and measurement of progress at the conclusion of each therapy session. Maintain a provided NLT email address and calendar monitored daily for appointments and communications from NLT staff and clients. Key Requirements And Qualifications Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC).

Minimum of 3 years of post-internship experience providing direct therapy to adults. Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week (evenings and weekends acceptable). Experience with Measurement Based Care, administering online assessments, and maintaining thorough SOAP notes via an online platform.

Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment and able to manage multiple assignments/clients.
