Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ presenting problems, personal history, and therapeutic objectives.
• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting interventions based on their progress and feedback.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients by establishing trust and encouraging open communication throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain client confidentiality while adhering to ethical and legal standards in the practice of social work.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest treatment modalities and best practices.
• Provide clients with practical strategies and support to help them navigate life’s challenges and foster resiliency.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical services, preferably in a private practice or teletherapy setting.
• Strong clinical skills with demonstrated proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills that foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services available in Miami, Florida, to assist clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based sign-on bonus.
