Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to derive comprehensive insights into clients' mental health status, formulating individualized treatment strategies.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are congruent with each client’s unique needs and goals, continuously adjusting them based on progress and feedback.
• Facilitate high-quality individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques to inspire sustainable positive change.
