We are seeking remote, full-time Telecommunications Designers Level 1 with 1-8 years of experience in designing fiber optic (FTTx), HFC, EPON, and coaxial communications systems using AutoCAD or similar design software.

Candidates with experience working on US-based projects and familiar with relevant standards and practices preferred. Duties & Responsibilities: Design site plans for OSP (Outside Plant) fiber and coaxial cable routes.

Understand survey field notes and sketches to create new or update existing designs using various software platforms. Organize and maintain revisions of project drawings. Generation of bills of materials, splice sheets, and other supporting documentation for design.

Complete assigned work while maintaining an elevated level of quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Work with project managers, design engineers, and QC team to meet deadlines. Focus on productivity and accuracy of designs in a high production environment.

Adherence to customer specifications. Complete assigned work while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Who We Are Looking For: Must be fluent in English Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and specifications.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to changes in project scope and shifts in priority.

Superior time management and attention to detail. Ambitious with the ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to navigate and pull data from multiple software programs at once.

Prior experience designing cable TV, RF and Fiber. AutoCAD (or similar computer aided design software), ArcGIS (or similar ESRI software), Bentley v8i (or similar MicroStation software), SpatialNet, Magellan, LODE Data, GE Smallworld, and/or ArcFM experience preferred. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Time Requirement: Shift(s), Day shift is Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM IST Or Monday - Friday 5:30 PM - 12:00 AM IST. 40 hours per week minimum. Training hours for two weeks will be 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST, Monday - Friday.
