Telecom OSP Design Engineer 100% Remote | 6+ Months | $32-34/HR Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday Job Summary Responsible for in-house fiber and RF network design, As-Built QC, and project management activities in alignment with standards. Responsibilities Review and QC As-Built deliverables; proof designs for compliance and approval. Perform fiber and RF design; Sphere experience a plus.

Manage Betterment projects including forced relocates and SPAN replacements. Handle fiber reclamation design, returning disconnected fiber to an open state. Add and maintain labor rate codes.

Manage multiple projects and timelines; use P2 for reporting. Coordinate with construction leads to gather information and support accurate GIS mapping. Qualifications Fiber design experience; RF a plus.

Strong project management and time management skills. Experience with As-Built QC and proofing processes. Construction team coordination and GIS documentation accuracy.
