  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem solving with a strategic, customer focused approach
  • Experience working in change control environments and defining acceptance criteria
  • Confidence presenting to senior management and providing critical updates
  • Experience with telecom network migration (copper to fiber)
