Note:

This position is based in the Seattle, WA area preferred on-site candidates; remote candidates will be considered.
Travel: This is primarily a non-travel role. Occasional travel may be required based on project needs, team meetings, or key business events.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with deep Payroll domain expertise and hands-on experience managing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP. The ideal candidate will lead multiple enterprise programs, including a major automation initiative, while driving alignment across HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong technical acumen, integration knowledge, executive-level communication skills, and a proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs.

Must Have:

  • 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • Strong Payroll domain expertise
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
  • ADP Payroll integrations (custom integrations preferred)
  • Enterprise application integrations (APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces)
  • Stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, IT, and Business teams
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation or automation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Job Description:
Resource should be a self-driven leader with deep payroll domain expertise, specifically managing custom integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP .

  • Resource will actively shape how the work gets done—overseeing 4 distinct programs (with 1 main project focused on automation), navigating complex ADP formats, and driving alignment across highly fragmented business teams.
  • Should have strong engineering roots, a natural curiosity for solving integration challenges, elite articulation skills, and a track record of leading large-scale enterprise transformations
