Product MDM SME (Informatica P360)

Location: Pennsylvania (Remote Allowed) Industry: Supply Chain / Manufacturing Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Product MDM strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives.
  • Conduct technical design workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Design and implement Product Master Data models, governance frameworks, and data quality processes.
  • Define and manage catalog structures, product hierarchies, classifications, taxonomies, and reference data models.
  • Configure and optimize Informatica Product 360 (P360) workflows, approval processes, business rules, and validation frameworks.
  • Design channel syndication and product data distribution processes across internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with business users, product owners, data governance teams, and enterprise architects.
  • Create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), deployment plans, operational runbooks, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and establish MDM best practices.
  • Support integrations with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, supply chain, and downstream enterprise applications.
  • Participate in data migration, data cleansing, enrichment, and governance initiatives.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of Product MDM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Informatica Product 360 (P360).
  • Deep understanding of Product MDM architecture and enterprise data management principles.
  • Experience designing and implementing: Product Master Data Models, Catalog Structures, Product Hierarchies, Taxonomies & Classifications, Attribute Groups, Reference Data Management, Business Rules & Validation Frameworks, Workflow & Approval Processes, Channel Syndication & Data Distribution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience leading technical teams and solution architecture discussions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
