  • Effectively communicate insights from all work to internal teams by distilling results to essential learning and actionable recommendations that enable rapid decisions.

  • Lead ad-hoc analyses and projects in support of team and business priorities.

  • Monitor and report category performance, conducting regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

  • Apply shopper and category insights to selling stories, developing presentations that support sell-in initiatives and address retailer questions and competitive dynamics

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in analyzing and interpreting data within either consumer-packaged goods or retailer industry.

  • A team player - solution oriented, thrives working alongside teammates toward common business goals.

  • Demonstrated storytelling skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

  • A self-starter, able to work independently and build connections with key stakeholders on projects

  • Proficient level knowledge of syndicated data source(s): Nielsen/ IRI, Numerator, Stratum, Luminate
