• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into consideration patients' medical histories and current conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to address both psychiatric and medical issues.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Work closely with medical providers to ensure a synchronized approach to care, which promotes effective treatment outcomes for our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients on the interplay between mental health and physical well-being, equipping them to take actionable steps towards improved health.
• Maintain thorough and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Contribute to team meetings and case conferences by sharing insights and collaborating on interdisciplinary care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in integrated care and mental health practices through ongoing professional development.

The clients you will serve primarily comprise individuals facing mental health challenges that are often compounded by underlying medical conditions. Your expertise will enable you to provide sensitive and informed care tailored to their specific needs, fostering their journey towards recovery and improved quality of life.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Strong understanding of integrated care practices, especially in relation to managing mental health needs amongst individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with a diverse patient population.
• Strong ethical framework and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality and boundaries.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and other relevant technology platforms.

• Experience working in a community health setting or integrated care model.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate care with medical professionals and other stakeholders.
• Experience providing therapy to patients with complex and varied conditions, including trauma and chronic illness.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
