We are currently looking to hire a People Operations Partner to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for Remote work arrangements.
*Remote candidates across the United States are welcome to apply. Core working hours will align with West Coast business hours (Pacific Time zone), though we offer some flexibility in scheduling.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The People Operations Partner supports the full employee lifecycle for domestic and international employees, ensuring accurate HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role partners cross-functionally with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors to implement compliant people practices, support employee relations, and deliver scalable HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS (UKG)
  • Manage and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for Domestic and International employees
  • Serve as a point of contact for domestic and international employees regarding country-specific policies, benefits, holidays, and employment practices
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including recordkeeping, audits, and reporting requirements
  • Partner with legal counsel and global employment vendors to ensure compliant employment structures, contracts, and practices across countries
  • Support internal and external audits related to employment, payroll, benefits, and data privacy (e.g., I-9, E-Verify, GDPR)
  • Research, create, and implement policies, handbook, and other email communication for Domestic and International employees
  • Create, maintain, and analyze job descriptions; support the compensation analysis process
  • Manage employee relations and ensure policies comply with government regulations
  • Cross-functionally work and support Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Embedded Program teams
  • Support managers and create performance management plans, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development planning
  • Coordinate and support employee training programs
  • Research, create, and implement various HR related projects and employee initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
  • Demonstrated ability in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of HR-related experience, including employee onboarding
  • Proven ability to be highly organized and prioritize work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly master new software applications as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite Products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • PHR or SHRM certification
  • Experience within Greenhouse, UKG
  • Prior experience with International labor laws, onboarding, and/or employee relations

Seattle, Washington Pay Range
$80,000-$85,000 USD
