Position Summary

GEO Academies is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to help coordinate services, communication, and administrative activities that support student engagement and educational progress. This position serves as an organizational connection point between students, families, school teams, and internal departments.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple student-related tasks while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate student support activities and follow-up processes.
* Communicate with students, families, staff, and other appropriate stakeholders.
* Track assigned student inquiries, requests, referrals, and follow-up items.
* Help connect students with available academic and support resources.
* Maintain accurate student-related records and documentation.
* Assist with scheduling student meetings, appointments, and support sessions.
* Monitor deadlines and outstanding action items.
* Prepare routine updates, summaries, and reports for internal teams.
* Assist with student engagement initiatives and outreach activities.
* Respond to routine questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate department.
* Coordinate information between departments to help ensure timely student support.
* Maintain organized electronic files and records.
* Identify recurring administrative or support issues and communicate them to supervisors.
* Follow organizational procedures related to privacy, records, and student information.
* Support special projects related to student services and engagement.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least one year of experience in student services, customer service, administration, community programs, case coordination, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
