Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

School Psychologist (Part-Time) โ€“ Gary, IN | 2026โ€“2027 School Year

We are seeking a qualified School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Gary, Indiana for the 2026โ€“2027 school year. This is a part-time, school-year contract position serving a Kโ€“12 student population. The district prefers an onsite provider but may consider qualified remote candidates.

Position Overview
Location: Gary, IN
Assignment Dates: August 7, 2026 โ€“ May 28, 2027
Schedule: Part-Time
Setting: Onsite (district may consider remote candidates)
Openings: 1 School Psychologist
Responsibilities
Provide psychological and behavioral support services to students across grades Kโ€“12
Conduct evaluations and assessments to support student needs and educational planning
Participate in eligibility determinations and multidisciplinary team meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to promote student success
Support the development and implementation of behavioral interventions and student support plans
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements
Qualifications
Active School Psychologist licensure/certification
Experience with SEBA and behavioral support services required
Strong understanding of evaluation processes, eligibility procedures, and special education regulations
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative school-based environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
