Job description

Position Title: Program Manager / Coordinator
Location: Remote with 10% travel to clients HQ in DC
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Overview:
The Program Manager/Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day performance of the work under this contract. This individual, along with a designated alternate, will have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all matters relating to daily contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily contract work performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational issues
  • Designate and support an alternate to act in their absence (designation required in writing to the Contracting Officer)
  • Communicate project risks, opportunities, and current project status to relevant stakeholders
  • Organize and control project activities of national scope
  • Continue work as usual during a government shutdown unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience providing administrative and professional support for projects of a national scope
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and control project activities
  • Strong skills in communicating risks, opportunities, and project status to stakeholders
  • Experience with federal government contractor environments
