As part of the Algorithms team, you will play a key role in the design, evolution, and industrialization of complex software solutions that have a direct impact on the daily lives of millions of public transit users around the world.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance advanced optimization algorithms integrated into a wide range of large-scale software products

  • Actively contribute to software and algorithmic architecture decisions

  • Translate complex operational problems into robust and high-performance mathematical models

  • Ensure code quality through documentation, testing, and code reviews

  • Serve as a technical reference for development and project teams using the Algorithms team's features

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's practices, tools, and standards

  • Depending on interest, mentor and provide technical support to more junior developers

THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM
  • Master's degree or PhD in operations research or applied mathematics

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development

  • Excellent command of the C++ programming language
