Job Description:

Are you a motivated sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the window and door manufacturing industry? We are seeking a highly driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our team in the Southwest Virginia, Upper East Tennessee and Southern West Virginian territory. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing territory.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop rapport and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and generate sales opportunities. (Travel is expected 2 - 3 days per week)
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads through company-provided systems.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy to expand market reach.
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the company CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close deals successfully.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Position is remote, but employee must live within the territory.
