As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and necessary resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Developing and implementing client-centered, individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and specific interventions.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Responding to crises through immediate risk assessments and developing safety plans as required.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance client support networks and understanding of mental health.
• Maintaining up-to-date and precise documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

You will primarily serve adult and adolescent patients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional difficulties. Our clientele is diverse, reflecting a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic environment and requires a flexible and culturally competent approach.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strong capacity for clinical assessment.

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, we highly value additional qualifications that may enhance our team, such as:
