Revelation Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a remote setting, primarily serving patients in our Hospice Center located in Grafton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and developing personalized treatment plans that employ solution-focused interventions.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care and effective support for patients.
• Educating patients and their families on mental health issues and available resources to encourage informed participation in the recovery process.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and integrating findings into treatment methodologies to enhance patient care.
• Managing an assigned caseload, achieving treatment goals, and upholding the highest ethical standards while providing care.

The primary clientele includes individuals in a hospice setting who are addressing the multifaceted challenges presented by substance abuse. This role requires a genuine commitment to understanding the complexities of each patient's situation, as they may also be coping with life-limiting illnesses. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in providing them with emotional support and resources during this critical stage of their lives.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience specializing in substance abuse therapy.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in addiction counseling or experience working within hospice care settings are highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and collaborative treatment planning will be advantageous.
