Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee the strategy, creation, execution, and analysis of social media content across multiple in-house brands. This role is responsible for managing content calendars, producing engaging multimedia assets, fostering online communities, monitoring audience engagement, and delivering actionable performance insights. The ideal candidate combines strong creative production skills with exceptional communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a data-driven approach to social media management.
Job Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Multi-Brand Management

  • Develop and manage social media content calendars across multiple home care brands, ensuring alignment with brand voice, guidelines, and business objectives
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with a strategic plan for emerging channels (X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
  • Coordinate content initiatives with marketing, operations, sales, and customer service teams
Content Creation & Production
  • Capture and produce high-quality multimedia content including graphics, photography, video, reels, and stories, editing with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut
  • Plan and execute on-site content shoots (interviews, testimonials, event coverage, behind-the-scenes), directing talent to meet brand standards; travel occasionally to company locations, events, and trade shows to capture original content
  • Collaborate with employees and subject matter experts to tell authentic stories showcasing company culture, expertise, and products
  • Edit and repurpose captured content into platform-specific assets, and maintain an organized digital asset library
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • On-camera interview and employee-generated content experience a plus
Community Management & Online Engagement
  • Build and grow brand-owned online communities, developing strategies to increase participation and brand advocacy
  • Monitor and respond to inboxes, comments, reviews, and online reputation platforms in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Escalate customer service or reputational issues to appropriate stakeholders
Quality Assurance & Analytics
  • Serve as quality control checkpoint, reviewing all content for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency before publication
  • Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, conversions, community health), translating analytics into actionable recommendations for marketing leadership
  • Leverage social listening tools to identify audience trends, sentiment, opportunities, and risks
  • Optimize content strategies based on performance data

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing professional or influencer social media accounts, preferably across multiple brands.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based organizations is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience creating and editing photo and video content for social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and community management.
  • Exceptional written communication, proofreading, and copy-editing skills.
  • Experience managing online communities, groups, forums, or brand ambassador programs is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and brands against deadlines and production schedules
Work Environment
  • Full-time remote-based position
  • Travel may constitute approximately 10–25% of the role, depending on business needs, company events, and content production schedules
