Angel Social Work is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient mental health clinic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be tasked with a range of critical responsibilities aimed at supporting our clients’ mental health needs:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement coordinated, client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared understanding among clients.
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical, legal, and professional standards.

Angel Social Work serves a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds and cultures, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with digital practice management systems to support documentation and client management.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or areas of mental health practice.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a generous sign-on bonus. You will also benefit from:
