Brief Overview:
  • Managing and analyzing Held By Production (HBP) assets across Texas and New Mexico
  • Reviewing leases, drilling clauses, production data, and title to determine HBP status
  • Communicating findings clearly to clients, project managers, and internal teams (no disappearing acts here!)
  • Keeping documentation clean, organized, and client-ready
  • Working independently while still being a reliable, responsive team player
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Oil & Gas Landman experience (Texas & New Mexico required)
  • Strong, hands-on experience with HBP determinations
  • Strong due diligence (HBP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you follow up, explain well, and keep people in the loop)
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and professional
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your workload efficiently
