Job Summary: At Oil & Gas Equipment Corporation, our warehouse team keeps the heartbeat of our business strong. Every product we receive, stock, and deliver, helps us serve our customers with honesty, hard work, and integrity. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Warehouse Laborer. In this role, you’ll support receiving and stocking inventory as well as cleaning and other supportive tasks, all to assist with keeping the store running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a dependable, team-oriented individual who pays attention to detail and communicates well to support strong teamwork and great service for our customers.


Work Environment: Work is performed in a warehouse/industrial retail location. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles in an environment that can range from quiet to loud. This position may also operate company vehicles and moving equipment. Employees will need to work with equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks and move up and down ladders.


Primary Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory

· Maintain correct stock levels and accurate inventory records within the point-of-sale and inventory systems

· Assist with cycle counts, verify product quantities and locations, and make corrections in the system as needed

· Ensure all products are properly labeled and meet O&G quality standards before stocking or shipment

· Pull, prepare, and package customer orders for pickup, shipment, or local delivery

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training and certification provided)

· Follow prompts and instructions on handheld or screen devices to track and process inventory tasks

· Load and deliver merchandise to customers as needed, ensuring orders are complete and handled with care

· Build, stock, and organize product displays in warehouse and store areas

· Keep the warehouse, back warehouse, and loading areas clean, orderly, and free from hazards

· Maintain a safe working environment and report any safety issues or equipment concerns

· Clean and perform light maintenance to keep location running smoothly

· Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and product information as needed

· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer satisfaction

· Support sales associates to help meet customer and store needs

· Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Experience, Education, and Certifications Desired:

· High school diploma preferred but not required


Other Desired Skills and Qualifications:

· Physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds and push or pull heavy objects up to 60 pounds regularly

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach, for extended periods

· Comfortable working with and operating equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, forklifts, and large delivery trucks

· Reliable, coachable, and a strong team player

· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

· Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured
