Job description

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support our oil & gas operations, coordinating the movement of pipe-hauling drivers to and from well sites, yards, and customer locations. This role is critical to keeping drivers moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Dispatch and coordinate drivers hauling pipe

· Schedule daily loads, routes, and delivery times

· Communicate clearly with drivers, field supervisors, and customers

· Track driver locations, hours of service, and job progress

· Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and oilfield regulations

· Manage last-minute changes, breakdowns, and jobsite delays

· Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, tickets, and delivery documentation

Requirements

· Previous dispatcher experience (oil & gas or trucking preferred)

· Knowledge of pipe hauling, flatbed operations, and oilfield logistics

· Strong communication and multitasking skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

· Proficient with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and basic computer systems

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.

Preferred Experience

· Oilfield or energy-sector dispatching

· Experience dispatching flatbed or heavy-haul drivers

· Familiarity with well sites, yards, and lease roads

Work Schedule

· Full-time position

  • Weekdays (Rotating Shifts):
  • Week 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Week 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • On-Call:
    • Twice per month (rotational)
