• Deliver comprehensive clinical services such as individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and evaluations for a diverse range of clients.
• Ensure all clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, are completed in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our quality assurance protocols.
• Engage in regular participation in quality improvement initiatives, including reviewing treatment outcomes and obtaining peer feedback, to enhance service delivery.
• Provide consultation to institutional stakeholders, including psychiatric teams and community agencies, regarding patient mental status and treatment recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of specialized training and programs aimed at improving therapeutic practices within the organization.

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients who are navigating various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress-related disorders. Our patient-centered approach prioritizes understanding each client’s unique background and perspectives, enabling you to tailor therapeutic strategies that best meet their individual needs.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California, with a demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional compliance and ethics.
• At least two years of direct experience delivering crisis intervention and mental health services within a clinical setting, including treatment planning and therapeutic techniques.

• Prior experience working in a telehealth environment, demonstrating proficiency with digital therapeutic tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health counseling, group therapy facilitation, and the management of dual diagnoses.
• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives or collaboration with local organizations focusing on mental health awareness.
